Boris bumbles on....
He's such a buffoon that this is actually very, very funny.
He's already in trouble for saying the Tories should have a referendum even if the Lisbon treaty has been ratified. And now he tries to avoid falling into the same hole again.
I still shudder at the fact that this man is our Mayor. Boris simply comes across as an upper class twat. Which is no surprise as that is what he is.
