Rick Santorum Complains About Obama Attacking Fox While Comparing Him to Hugo Chavez.

Obama has said, in answer to a question, that we all know where the lies regarding healthcare are coming from.

He didn't say Fox News, but we all knew what he was implying. Why? I mean, how did we know he meant Fox without him saying so? Because it is so blatant that this rubbish is emanating from Fox that he didn't even have to name the channel.

Now Rick Santorum responds for Fox:

VAN SUSTEREN: Former senator Rick Santorum joins us here in Washington. Senator, I think he watches cable news!

SANTORUM: It's not cable -- he's watching FOX. I mean, he's talking about the cable chatter. He's certainly not talking about MSNBC. I mean, my goodness, they're the biggest cheerleader -- you know, they're just -- they're all over Barack Obama. This -- this is an attack on FOX. this is -- this reminds me of what Hugo Chavez was doing down in Venezuela, trying to shut down the voice of opposition in the media! This is -- this is not good, really, in my opinion, not good at all.

Isn't that classic? Whilst defending Fox from the allegation that they spread lies, Santorum compares Obama to Hugo Chavez!
He's -- he's overreacting. This is a very thin-skinned president. This is a guy who's not used to being criticized. And the fact that some here on FOX are taking him on and some, like yourself, are just holding him accountable when he's crossing the line in the wrong direction -- you know, his reaction, I think, is really unprofessional.
Oh yeah, he's the thin skinned one who is overreacting here. Comparing him to Chavez isn't overreacting at all.

If Obama didnt say FOX news, then why is FOX news getting all bent out of shape, unless they know that they are doing exactly as he "accuses". It's like a bad mystery movie, where the detective lays out a non-specific accusation and the villian gives himself away by protesting.

Exactly, Dave. And for them to behave in such a way whilst calling Obama "thin-skinned" is the ultimate irony.
