Hillary: Bush-Era Side Deal On Settlements is Meaningless.

I am really pleased that Clinton is staying on board with this one. She is as pro-Israel as it is possible to be, so her opinion on this is hard for opponents to knock.

She is saying that this "understanding" simply didn't exist.
