Brian Williams: McCain Campaign Spread 'B' Hoax To Reporters.
I can't be the only person who thought this story smelt funny the first time I heard it. The very fact that the letter "B" on her face was backwards made me think she had done it to herself in a mirror, as I could think of no other reason as to why it would be backwards.
But what was interesting was the way the McCain campaign jumped all over it, providing the press with quotes about this six foot black man attacking this young innocent girl simply because she supported John McCain.
That's simply a hellish thing to have done before the police confirmed what was clearly a suspicious story. That's a desperation which borders on race baiting.
