Obama on McCain's "phony and foolish" diversions.
Obama points out that McCain would rather have a discussion about a phony "lipstick" outrage rather than discuss the energy crisis, the economy, two wars, veterans without proper care and education.
This is, as Obama points out, what the Republicans do every four years.
