Obama Makes Souter Retirement Official in Impromptu Briefing.
Obama interrupts Gibbs' press conference to announce that Souter is, indeed, to retire.
It's really cool the way both Obama and Gibbs handle this. A president who is confident enough to be able to joke around. I like that.
It's a welcome change from all the awkwardness and mangled English of the Bush years.
