It's Our Duty To Investigate Torture! Congressman Nadler.
Nadler has got it on the button. It is the duty of the Americans to investigate allegations - or, in this case, confessions - of torture.
People like Bolton might be getting on their high horse over the fact that Spain might prosecute, but the only way to avoid other country's getting involved is for the US itself to uphold it's commitments under the UN Convention Against Torture.
The very least they can do is to start an investigation into the crimes which Bush & Co. committed.
