Freeman: Israeli Lobby Has A Hammer Lock On Discussion & Policy.

Part 1.

Part 2.

Freeman is not going quietly and his description of the Israeli lobby as "the Likud lobby" is much more accurate than the other description.

But, listening to him, one can't help think that his absence will be a great loss to the Obama administration.

Thinking outside the box is exactly what is needed when it comes to the Israel/Palestine situation. We have had eight years of this Likud mindset and it has been a disaster. The last thing we need is another eight years of the same.

But the fight over Freeman is simply another indication of how hard this lobby will fight to ensure that their perspective is deemed the only acceptable perspective in Washington circles.
