Olbermann here talks to Senator Sheldon Whitehouse about what should be done next. He thinks it's far too early to hire a Special Prosecutor, although he says he would, "not be surprised if we got to the point where that was appropriate."

But what certainly needs to happen now is that there must be an investigation into this at the very least. Especially as Bush lawyers have been telling us that the memos which caused us all such shock over the past few days were actually only, "the tip of the iceberg."
