Keith Olbermann Special Comment: Bush is Guilty. He is Guilty as Sin.

I am with Olbermann on this. It is vital that the people who authorised torture be prosecuted. I don't care if they eventually pardon the buggers, I would take no pleasure in seeing them in jail, but it is vital that the illegality of what they did be recognised.
