Obama is winning the You Tube war.
I don't know if this is in any way significant but I can't help but notice the difference between Obama's You Tube page and John McCain's.
Obama has (at the time I'm writing this) 70,948 subscribers who have viewed his videos over 15 million times. McCain has only 13,264 subscribers who have viewed his videos just over a million times.
One can read too much into stuff like this, but Obama certainly appears to be creating more interest in what he has to say than McCain is achieving, despite all the negativity which McCain has been spewing.
I think that's why there is so much Republican angst at the choice of Biden over Clinton. The Republicans hoped that Clinton on the ticket would energise their base; because, if You Tube is any indication, the Republican base is rather flat at the moment.
