Despite his ongoing treatment for brain cancer, Teddy delivered a blistering speech. They are the principles which have defined his life, and there is something moving about watching someone who has gone through what he has recently gone through, fighting on to make a better world for the next generation.

The crowd certainly appreciated it, chanting, "Teddy, Teddy, Teddy" throughout.
