James Carville on the DNC: Where's the message?
James Carville does a very good job of explaining why Hillary lost to Obama. He simply doesn't get it. The whole idea was to undermine the negative image of Michelle that the media have been pounding for weeks. And, with that in mind, her speech was a wonderful success.
Carville, as he showed during his candidates bid for the Democratic nomination, only knows how to punch, anything more subtle is simply lost on this man. He can't play the long game, which is why Hillary's campaign failed.
