Clinton has been told she's not the VP pick
The New York Times are reporting that Obama is choosing Biden as his VP, which I think is a very good choice, but the story that has caught my eye is this one.
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama has ruled out Senator Hillary Clinton as his vice presidential running mate, a senior Democratic official told CNN on Friday night.
Clinton — Obama's main rival during the primary season — has been informed by Obama's campaign that she is not his choice to be his vice presidential candidate, the source said.
Can there be anyone on Earth, apart from Taylor Marsh, who is surprised that a candidate running on a message of change hasn't chosen to try and reinstall the Clintons in the White House? It would have made a mockery of his entire campaign.
And, I know that we have all kissed and made up, but her comments have been used in McCain commercials against Obama and that would only have happened even more were she to have been named as VP.
Her more hysterical fans will be up in arms over this, but what's new?
In the meantime, here's Obama's VP in fine fettle:
And his two word test is spot on. "Then what?"
