McCain jokes about killing ordinary Iranians.
This is McCain's idea of "a joke". Exporting tobacco to Iran is described as "Maybe that is a way of killing them."
Why would Americans want to kill ordinary Iranians? It's not only a joke in bad taste, it's simply crass beyond belief. It's up there with his "Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb bomb Iran" moment.
