Wolfson: I'm Not Sure That Joe Andrew Is "Actually From Indiana"

This is how ludicrous and tiresome the Clinton attack machine is when a "Judas" switches sides and backs Obama as former DNC chair Joe Andrew has done. Howard Wolfson, when asked by Andrea Mitchell to respond, states that Andrew isn't really from Indiana.

Wolfson: Well, I'm not sure by the way that he's actually from Indiana. I know he's originally from Indiana, but --

Mitchell:
Well it's sort of like Hillary Clinton being from Illinois, or New York, or Scranton, or Arkansas --

Wolfson:
No, she lives in New York, and so when she -- she's a senator from New York, so she's from New York.
Could this exchange get any more infantile? Wolfson is saying that you don't come from the place where you were born? I know the Clinton camp will go to any lengths to attack people who refuse to back her, but this is simply ridiculous.

Here Joe Andrew responds:

It was only a few short weeks ago when Hillary was running ads reminding people that she holidayed in Scranton, which was obviously a solid enough reason as to why Pennsylvanians should have voted for her. It seems that Hillary comes from, and has links to, everywhere she's ever been - but no-one else does. Her campaign does sometimes border on the ridiculous.

Hat tip to TPM.
