OBAMA ON IRAQ: What is Success with Al Qaeda in Iraq & Iran?
Obama nails them by asking them to define success and then defining it for them and asking where they would draw a line and say, "This constitutes success." Ryan Crocker waffled, but appeared to have no answer other than, "We have to stay."
And Obama makes the point many of us have been making. If the Iranian government are actively encouraging attacks upon Iraqi and American forces, why did Maliki give him such a welcome. The answer that, "They are neighbours" simply doesn't cut it...
