Obama: Clinton has learned the wrong lesson and is employing Republican tactics.

I finally managed to track down and watch the entire Democratic debate and must say that, after the first forty five minutes of total and utter nonsense, I rather enjoyed it.

The Reverend Wright questions are simply old bloody hat, how many times do we have to talk about this and pretend that it's not old news? And to follow this with terrorist links and pin wearing was simply too tedious for words. Obama rightly pointed out that he is also associated with a Republican who favours the death penalty for abortionists and asks if he should also be held responsible for those views? I thought that perfectly highlighted the insidious nature of this Republican game of guilt by association.

Hillary is actually very good, although I do think her inability to ever avoid taking the cheap shot actually makes her look just that: cheap.

In this clip (at around 7.49) Obama points out that Clinton doesn't even believe what she pretends to believe Obama meant when he spoke of bitterness and religion. It's a further example of the eighties style politics that Hillary is stuck in. And, I think, it's why she's losing.
