This simply made me cringe. Underlying message: If God took sides in an election he would "hang in there" with the Republicans who take care of "the family and marriage".
What courage it must take to shamelessly pander to your base in this way.

The man's Chuck Norris commercial was somewhat amusing, but this Bob Hope-wannabe impersonation is flat-out boring and offensive. Using the his own Lord's name in vain for more votes is sick. "Yes, Lord, You are a Tool in my Campaign Tool Box, yes, Lord..."
