Ferguson Speaks From The Heart
I know I'm a couple of weeks behind the loop on this one, but I simply had to post this.
Craig Ferguson talks about the shallow culture that leads us to mock people like Britney Spears rather than the pompous asses that actually deserve our ridicule. I haven't seen enough of his show to know if this is typical, but if it is, I'm not surprised that the Emmy's sat up and took notice.

I saw a bit of this guy when I was in Canada, he's kind of non-political, a bit like Jay Leno, but this is pretty out-of-character for his act!
I've only seen him for a few minutes as he's on pretty late. To be mocking politicians, you actually need to know about politics or the history of events..that is severely lacking here..

Ah, that's interesting that you should both say that. I haven't enjoyed the clips I've seen of him before but I did enjoy this clip and one he did on the death of his father.
They were obviously the exceptions rather than the rule!
