How utterly conceited and self-deceived!
Rumsfeld, to me, has always been a manipulator of the truth and spreader of bullsh*t.
Guys like him have brought down the reputation of America.

I think Rumsfeld has done as much to damage the US's image abroad as anyone else I can think of.
He is the perfect example of the arrogance of the neo-cons.
