This is a three part BBC series called The Power of Nightmares that I would honestly say is a MUST SEE. It's about how the ruling elite no longer sell us dreams as the Kennedy generation did. They now seek cohesion by making us afraid. And, having lost the fear of the Soviets since the end of the Cold War, they now seek to replace them with the war on terror.
