Lt. Ehren Watada's Official Statement

Lt. Ehren Watada is the first commissioned officer of the US Army to refuse deployment to Iraq on the grounds that it is an illegal war and to participate would be a war crime.

By choosing to put him on trial, the Bush regime is essentially putting itself and it's whole rationale for the invasion of Iraq on trial. This is his official statement.
