AOL: You will listen to me.

I read about this clip in yesterday's New York Times and decided to search it out.

The caller is wanting to close his AOL account and the AOL employee is doing everything in his power to make this impossible. Unfortunately for the AOL guy, the caller is taping the call.

AOL have since fired the employee which strikes me as odd as some five years ago, when I tried to leave AOL, I came across a telephonist who appeared to be working from an almost identical script.
